A:  No, the price on our website is only FOB price.

Q: Might I choose a shipping way I prefer?
A: Usually we accept the shipping way the customers prefer. If it is not safe, we will inform you. 

Q: How long will it take to deliver the goods? 
A: About 7 days for delivery, sometimes faster, and sometimes slower.

Q: Could you assure that the goods get customs clearance? If not, can I buy a shipping assurance? 
A: Under the normal conditions, we can only answer for the goods exported from China safely, but not for goods imported to other countries. If the goods are lost, we can only say sorry; But If you pay an extra $8 each piece for shipping assurance, we can resend the goods one more time; 

Q: Which occasions allow goods change? 
A: Because we do stock goods, sometimes there is a little color or size difference, and maybe the boxes are a little deformed on the way; Under this situation, we're sorry that no change is allowed; But when the goods come with bad quality or a wrong shipment of the goods, we can make a change.
